"A finely balanced throwing knife."

Bronze knife(p+) is the strong-poison version of the entry-level thrown weapon. With no requirements to wield, it's mostly used for early ranged training or as a novelty stack to test mechanics.

The (p+) suffix applies weapon poison+, which has a short-lived effect at low levels but is rarely worth the cost vs an unpoisoned knife.
