Built in a garage by a rotating cast of teenagers who have been swapping parts on the same deck since the first owner left for college without it. The bearings are from a disassembled laundromat dryer, the grip tape was stolen from a rival shop, and the stickers cover a dented inscription nobody currently claims to have written. A board in this tradition is not bought, it is joined, and a board that has stopped being joined is just a board.
