Issued as loyalty rewards by a chain of arcades that closed during the Neon Recession, in quantities the accountants were never able to reconcile against the official run. Cabinets that read the token recognize it as a second-tier operator key, and respond by unlocking menus the cabinet's own maintenance crew never knew existed. A handful of collectors have worked out that not all tokens unlock the same hidden modes, and none of them have explained this finding to the rest.
