StackableConsumable
Dark grey liquid with a dull metallic sheen, thick enough that it clings to the inside of the vial for a moment after you tilt it. The taste is the taste of licking a cast-iron pan, which nobody recommends as a preview. The smell carries a metallic bitterness that settles at the back of the tongue.
Entry
Dwarven taverns seldom go without a bottle, and mixing it with a brewmaster’s stout is considered a traditional pre-battle delicacy.
The iron skin potion has no herbal requirement, but should require special water.
Chronicle
Compounded in a workshop above the old armorer's guild hall, by two brothers who disagree about everything except the recipe. The potion sets a thin temper in the skin for the better part of an afternoon, and a heavy blow during that window will ring rather than land. Over-reliance leaves the drinker feeling vaguely bruised for a week afterward, which the brothers will not sell to anybody who has not admitted that out loud.
