The Z90 line was built in the last profitable year of Ziggy Industries, when the shareholder meeting still clapped at words like "disruptive". BlackCell keeps a fabrication cell running in defiance of the 2031 Safety Accords, which means spare units turn up in weapons lockers that no one remembers stocking. The smile on the faceplate is not a logo. It is the last thing the firmware prints before it decides what to do.
