Overview

Worn or carried in Rare Icon. Part of the starting wardrobe: everything in it is drawn for every direction and every action, so any of it can be put on without leaving the character half-painted.

Half the point of a hood is the half-hour after it stops raining, when it is not on your head and not in your hands. The cape is cut long enough at the back to keep the space between collar and pack dry, which is the place water otherwise finds.
