About Water rune

"One of the 4 basic elemental Runes."

Water rune is one of the four basic elemental runes, used in F2P Water spells from Water Strike through Water Surge along with Curse, Vulnerability, Weaken, and Magic Imbue. It is crafted at level 5 Runecrafting for 6 experience per essence at the Water altar in the Lumbridge swamp. Water runes are also required for the dragonbane fire spell cast on metal dragons.
