"Saves seeds when planting in allotments."

Amulet of bounty is an enchanted opal amulet that grants a 25% chance to consume only one allotment seed instead of three per plant, burning one of its ten charges per save. Charges persist across amulets (selling does not reset them), and right-clicking 'Break' destroys the current amulet so the next one resets to full charges.
