Sapphire dragon bolts (e) carry the Clear Mind enchantment. On activation, a portion of the target's Prayer points are drained and transferred to the attacker. The drain amount and activation chance differ between NPCs and players. This is a unique utility effect among bolt enchantments, as it directly restores the attacker's Prayer while diminishing the target's.

Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Sapphire) requires Magic level 7 and grants 17.5 XP per cast. Each cast enchants 10 bolts at a time.
