Sapphire dragon bolts (e) carry the Clear Mind enchantment. On activation, a portion of the target's Prayer points are drained and transferred to the attacker. The drain amount and activation chance differ between NPCs and players, and the Hard Kandarin Diary boosts the activation rate by 10%. This is a unique utility effect among bolt enchantments, as it directly restores the attacker's Prayer while diminishing the target's.

Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Sapphire) requires Magic level 7 and grants 17.5 XP per cast. Each cast enchants 10 bolts at a time using 1 cosmic, 1 mind, and 1 water rune.
