"One of the 4 basic elemental Runes."
Earth rune is one of the four basic elemental runes and is available to free-to-play players. It powers the Earth Strike through Earth Surge spell progression along with utility spells such as Lvl-1 Enchant, Stun, and Bind. Earth runes are crafted at level 9 Runecrafting for 6.5 experience each at the Earth altar located northeast of Varrock.
