About Pure essence
"An unimbued rune of extra capability."
Pure essence is the unimbued form of essence used to craft all runes above the basic tier. Members with 30+ Mining can mine it from the Rune Essence Mine after Rune Mysteries; rates reach roughly 2,100 per hour with optimal setup, and far higher in the Scar essence mine. It is the universal feedstock for Runecrafting training and a constant low-margin Grand Exchange staple.
