"It's a bar of adamantite."
Adamantite bar is smelted from one adamantite ore and six coal at Smithing level 70 for 37.5 XP. Blast Furnace halves the coal requirement to three, making it the standard method for high-volume smelters. Adamant bars feed adamant weapons, armour, dart tips (10 per bar at Anvil level 74), and Cerberus crystal charging.
