About Adamantite nails

"Keeps things in place fairly permanently."

Adamantite nails are a Construction supply with a very low bend rate, smithed from one adamantite bar into 15 nails at 74 Smithing for 62.5 xp. They are the second-best nail tier behind rune nails, balancing reliability against cost when training Construction with planks.

Market Strategy

  • Demand is driven by Construction trainers using nails-and-planks methods (e.g. crude wooden chair) instead of butler-served planks
  • Supply comes from Smithing trainers turning adamantite bars into nails for xp, plus occasional shop restocks
  • Large GE limit of 13,000 per 4 hours supports bulk Construction sessions

Trading Tips

Compare GE price vs (Adamantite bar price / 15): if nails trade above 1/15th of a bar plus tax, smithing nails is profitable
Watch Construction XP boost weekends or DXP — demand spikes for low-bend nails like adamant and rune
Members-required tag is effectively soft (nails are usable on F2P Construction, but the item is tagged members on the wiki)
