About Runite bar
"It's a bar of runite."
Runite bar is smelted from one runite ore and eight coal at Smithing level 85, awarding 50 Smithing XP per bar — the highest per-smelt XP of any standard bar. Blast Furnace halves the coal to four per bar, making it the standard for high-level Smithing training. Rune bars feed rune armour, rune weapons, rune crossbow, and rune dart tips for top-tier Fletching.
