Adamant cannonball is the adamant-tier ammunition for the Dwarf multicannon, introduced as a higher-powered alternative to the standard cannonball. Players can craft them at a furnace by smithing adamantite bars with a dwarf cannon ammo mould, requiring level 75 Smithing. They deal considerably more damage than regular or steel cannonballs thanks to their increased ranged strength bonus.
