Rune cannonball is the rune-tier boat cannon round introduced with the Sailing skill, smithed from runite bars at 90 Smithing for 50.8 XP per bar (4 balls per bar, 8 with the double ammo mould). It carries a +201 ranged strength bonus inside the rune-tier boat cannon line and is also dropped by frost dragons, great white sharks, aquanites and various Sailing salvage tables, making it both a high-end Smithing money-maker and a sink for Sailing combat content.
