About Smoke rune
"A combined Air and Fire Rune."
Smoke rune is a members-only combination rune that counts as both an air rune and a fire rune, letting a single rune satisfy either (or both) requirements in any spell. It is the defining ammunition for Smoke Barrage and Smoke Burst on the Ancient Magicks spellbook, which inflict poison on struck enemies and are staples of multi-target Slayer barraging. Crafted at the Fire Altar with pure essence and air runes (9.5 XP at Runecraft 15), smoke runes are typically made with a binding necklace for a guaranteed success rate.
