Raw salmon is a free-to-play fish caught through fly fishing at level 30 Fishing, granting 70 experience per catch. Players use a fly fishing rod and feathers at river spots in Lumbridge, Barbarian Village, and Shilo Village, where salmon are caught alongside trout. Once caught, raw salmon can be cooked into Salmon at Cooking level 25 for 90 experience on a range or fire.
