"An iron tipped spear."

The iron spear is an early-tier two-handed melee weapon released with the introduction of spears in 2003. Craftable at level 20 Smithing via Barbarian Smithing using an iron bar and oak logs at a barbarian anvil. Used as a low-level spear option and required for several PvM niches such as bone spear use at Dagannoth Kings.
