It is created via Barbarian Smithing at level 35 from one steel bar and one willow log (requires Tai Bwo Wannai Trio completion), or purchased from Mount Karuulm Weapon Shop and Fortis Blacksmith. It is dropped by Earth warriors, Hobgoblins and skeletons, and can be poisoned with standard or Karambwan poison.
