About Guam leaf

"A bitter green herb."

Guam leaf is the lowest-tier clean herb in Old School RuneScape and the first herb a player can use in Herblore. It is the base ingredient for Attack potions and is also used to craft guam tar for fuelling swamp lizards. Cleaning a grimy guam leaf requires only level 3 Herblore, and the herb can be farmed at level 9 Farming in any herb patch.
