"Two doses of fishy Zamorak brew."

Zamorak mix(2) is the barbarian variant of Zamorak brew, made by combining a Zamorak brew(2) with caviar at level 85 Herblore for 58 experience. The mix retains the brew's signature effects — +20% Attack and +12% Strength boost, -10% Defence drain, ~10% Prayer restore — and additionally heals 6 hitpoints per dose, blending offensive potion utility with light food healing.

Creating the mix requires completion of the Herblore stage of Barbarian Training under Otto Godblessed. It is most often used in PvM and PvP setups where the extra healing per sip offers a small but meaningful sustain edge over the plain brew.
