About Unfinished broad bolts

Unfinished broad bolts are the Smithing intermediate for the broad-tipped crossbow ammunition family used against Turoth and Kurask Slayer tasks. They are forged at 27 Smithing by combining a steel bar with 10 broad arrowheads on an anvil for 25 Smithing experience per bar; the 10 unfinished broad bolts are then completed at 55 Fletching by adding 10 feathers for 30 Fletching experience. Crafting them requires the Broader Fletching unlock from the Slayer rewards interface (300 Slayer reward points). They are members-only with a Grand Exchange buy limit of 7,000 per 4 hours, and they cannot be wielded — they only exist as a step toward broad bolts and the upgraded amethyst broad bolts.
