Iron spit is a members-only Cooking tool used to skewer raw meats — most notably raw chompy bird, raw rabbit and the various skewered kebab meats — before roasting them at a fire. Crafted at 17 Smithing from a single iron bar for 25 Smithing experience, the spit is also stocked by a small handful of archery and Cooking shops near Hickton's and the Gnome Stronghold. It is a staple Cooking-supplies item for Big Chompy Bird Hunting and downstream chompy-meat experience.
