About Blighted teleport spell sack
"Enough power for a Teleblock or a Teleport to Target, blighted so it can be used only in the Wilderness."
The blighted teleport spell sack is a Wilderness-only consumable that lets players with 85 Magic cast Tele Block or Teleport to Target without supplying the corresponding runes. The sack is consumed on cast and stacks in the inventory, which trims rune slots when packing for PKing.
It originally only substituted for Tele Block on release and was renamed from "Blighted teleblock sack" when the 14 May 2020 update extended its function to also cover Teleport to Target.
