FAQ
How is a Purple Shulker Box different from a chest?
Breaking it drops the box as an item with its inventory preserved, letting players carry stored items around instead of losing them.
How do I dye a Shulker Box purple?
Place any Shulker Box together with Purple Dye in a crafting grid to recolor it without losing its contents.
Can I stack Shulker Boxes inside each other?
No, Shulker Boxes cannot be placed inside other Shulker Boxes or bundles, though they can be stored in most other containers.
