What triggers a Stone Pressure Plate?
Only players and mobs standing on top of it, or riding in a minecart or boat over it. Dropped items and arrows do not activate it.
What tool do I need to mine it?
Any tool works, though a pickaxe is fastest. It always drops itself regardless of tool.
Can it be waterlogged?
In Bedrock Edition, yes. In Java Edition, stone pressure plates cannot be waterlogged.
How is it crafted?
Two stone blocks placed vertically in a crafting grid produce one stone pressure plate.
