Uses

  • Building Material — Used purely for construction; its solid color and higher hardness than wool or terracotta make it popular for large, flat-colored builds.

Found In

  • Water contact — Forms automatically when pink concrete powder touches any water source, flowing water, or is waterlogged.
  • Trial chamber murals — Small amounts of concrete, including pink, generate naturally as decorative murals in trial chambers.

FAQ

What tool do I need to mine Pink Concrete?

At least a wooden pickaxe. Mining with anything weaker or with no pickaxe at all destroys it without a drop.

How is Pink Concrete made?

It is not crafted directly — place or drop Pink Concrete Powder where it touches water and it instantly hardens into concrete.

Is Pink Concrete blast resistant?

Not especially. Its blast resistance of 1.8 is only slightly above stone, so it offers little protection against explosions.

Can Pink Concrete burn?

No. Like all concrete colors, it is non-flammable and safe to place next to fire or lava.
