Piglin Head
minecraft:piglin_headPiglin Head is a decorative mob head obtained only when a piglin is killed by a charged creeper's explosion. It can be placed on floors in 16 rotations or on walls, and worn as a disguise that halves piglins' detection range.
Uses
- Piglin disguise — Wearing the head in the helmet slot reduces the distance at which piglins and piglin brutes notice the player to 50% of normal, useful for sneaking through bartering camps.
- Noteblock sound — Placing the head above a note block makes it play a piglin ambient sound instead of the default instrument note.
Found In
- Charged creeper explosions — Drops only when a piglin is killed by the blast of a lightning-charged creeper; not a normal mob drop.

FAQ
How do I get a Piglin Head?
Have a charged (lightning-struck) creeper explode and kill a piglin in the blast. The piglin then drops its head.
What tool do I need to mine it?
None required — any tool or bare hands can pick it back up once placed.
What does wearing it do?
It halves the detection range piglins and piglin brutes have for you, letting you move more freely near piglins or their bartering areas.
Can I enchant a Piglin Head?
Not through normal enchanting, but an anvil can apply Curse of Binding or Curse of Vanishing to it.
