FAQ

What is the difference between Jungle Wood and Jungle Log?

Jungle Log shows growth rings on its top/bottom faces and bark on its sides; Jungle Wood shows bark on all six faces and is only obtained by crafting logs together.

Is Jungle Wood flammable?

Yes, like other overworld wood types it burns with a burn level of 5 and can catch fire from adjacent flames or lava.

Can I plant cocoa beans on Jungle Wood?

Yes. Cocoa pods can be placed on the sides of jungle wood and jungle log blocks and will grow into cocoa beans.

What tool mines Jungle Wood fastest?

An axe, though any tool (or bare hands) can break it since it has no required tool tier.
