Weapon poison is the base tier of Herblore weapon coating, brewed at 60 Herblore by combining a Kwuarm potion (unf) with Dragon scale dust. Apply it to a poisonable melee weapon or to a stack of arrows, bolts, darts, javelins, or knives to start poison ticks at 4 damage on hit. The coating sticks until the weapon is wielded by someone else or the ammunition runs out.
