Trinket of fortuity (active) is the activated form of the Trinket of fortuity, dropped from the resurrected Wilderness bosses. While active, it raises the chance of receiving the unique drops from Callisto, Venenatis, Vet'ion and their lesser variants.

Activating the trinket also imposes a skull-style teleport penalty: every teleport while it is active behaves as if the player were skulled, so any item left unprotected will drop on death.
