"An ancient tome containing the secrets of fire magic."

The empty tome of fire is the tradeable form of the fire spell shield, dropped at 1/1,000 from the Wintertodt reward cart. Once charged with burnt or searing pages it provides infinite fire runes and a 10% damage boost to fire spells in PvM (50% in PvP), holding up to 1,000 charges that each consume one page per cast.
