About Strength mix
"Two doses of fishy strength potion."
Strength mix(2) is a two-dose Barbarian Herblore potion that gives the same Strength boost as a strength potion while also healing 3 Hitpoints per dose. It is made by mixing a strength potion with roe after unlocking Barbarian Herblore from Otto Godblessed, combining a combat boost with a small heal in one sip.
What the strength mix does
Each dose boosts Strength by 3 + 10% of your Strength level — +3 at levels 1–9, scaling up to +12 at 90–99 — exactly like a normal strength potion, and additionally heals 3 Hitpoints. Using caviar instead of roe does not increase the heal. The combined boost-and-heal makes mixes handy for content where inventory space is tight.
How to make it
After completing the Herblore portion of the Barbarian Training miniquest with Otto Godblessed, mix a strength potion(2) with a roe at 14 Herblore for 17 experience. The vial empties and becomes reusable once fully drunk.
