Skeletal visage is a very rare Vorkath drop introduced alongside Dragon Slayer II, dropping at roughly 1/5,000. Combined with an Anti-dragon shield on an anvil at 90 Smithing it produces the Dragonfire ward, a best-in-slot ranged-defence shield with built-in dragonfire protection. Players without the Smithing level can pay Oziach 1.25M coins to assemble it.
