Activation rules: - Untradeable when attuned; unattuned version is tradeable - Attuned in a safezone via Attune option - Cooldown: 5 minutes (Reborn/Armageddon), 3 minutes (Apocalypse)

Excluded locations: Agility Pyramid, Entrana, Fossil Island underwater areas, Mogre Camp, Pyramid Plunder, and God Wars Dungeon boss rooms.
