Sigil of deception is a tier 1 Deadman Mode skilling sigil that, when unlocked, automatically re-pickpockets a target NPC and effectively raises Thieving by an invisible +100 levels at early skill ranks. It is exclusive to temporary Deadman events and is purchased from the skull shop in Deadman: Annihilation as a permanent account unlock.
