Serpentine helm (uncharged) is the tradeable form of the only venom-immune helm in OSRS, crafted at 52 Crafting from a serpentine visage and chisel for 120 Crafting XP. It must be charged with Zulrah's scales (11,000 for a full 16.5 hours of combat) before it can be equipped; once active it grants permanent venom and poison immunity while worn, plus a 1/6 chance to envenom enemies on melee hits - making it BiS for Zulrah, any venom-heavy content, and a popular AFK melee training helm.
