History (1)
- 2005-08-01
Released with The Fremennik Isles quest expanding the dagannoth-themed armour line.
Market Strategy
- Demand tied to rock-shell armour crafters and low-Defence pures kitting out free attack bonuses
- Supply faucets are Dagannoth and crab-tier monsters - shifts with Slayer task popularity
- GE buy limit of 11,000 per 4 hours easily covers crafter runs
- High alch of 36 gp is well below price - not viable as an alch target
Trading Tips
Watch Slayer task rotations for Dagannoth/crab spikes that flood supply
Cross-check against Dagannoth hide spot prices to gauge crafter margin
Rock-shell armour stays niche - stick to small, consistent flips
