The red crab is a members-only Hunter catch released with the Sailing skill update on 19 November 2025. Players trap it on the Pandemonium at level 21 Hunter for 64 Hunter experience per catch.

The crab is processed in two ways. Cutting it with a knife yields raw red crab meat that can be cooked at level 21 Cooking, while crushing it with a pestle and mortar produces crab paste used in Herblore for anti-odour salt and super hunter potions.
