Pegasian crystal is the ranged-focused crystal dropped by Cerberus at a 1/520 rate. Released 27 August 2015, it requires 91 Slayer to encounter the boss and combines with ranger boots to create the Pegasian boots, the best-in-slot ranged footwear in OSRS.

The combining process requires 60 Magic and 60 Runecraft, grants 200 XP in both skills, and cannot be reversed. The crystal is the cheapest of the three Cerberus crystals due to ranger boots being the most accessible base item.
