Opal dragon bolts (e) carry the Lucky Lightning enchantment. On a successful hit, there is a 5% chance (5.5% with the hard Kandarin Diary completed) that a lightning bolt strikes the opponent, dealing extra damage equal to 10% of the attacker's visible Ranged level. This effect triggers independently of the normal damage roll, providing a small but consistent damage boost over time.

Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Opal) requires Magic level 4 and grants 9 XP per cast. Each cast enchants 10 bolts at a time.
