The key is consumed per coffin, so a steady supply is needed to farm the bones.
What the ogre coffin key opens
Used on a locked coffin in the Jiggig dungeon, the key opens it for a chance at zogre bones and the rarer fayrg, raurg, and ourg bones, which give strong Prayer experience at altars. Most coffins also contain low-value iron and steel items. The Zogre Flesh Eaters quest must be complete to access the dungeon and use the coffins.
How to get ogre coffin keys
Zogres and skogres (both combat level 44) in the Jiggig dungeon always drop one key on death, so killing them sustains a key supply as you farm coffins. Keys can also be bought from Uglug's stuffsies in Jiggig for 100 coins, or traded on the Grand Exchange.
