"A solid oaken shield."

Oak shield is a fletched shield introduced in 2018 that sits between the wooden shield and willow shield. It requires 10 Defence to wield and 27 Fletching plus a knife and two oak logs to craft for 50 Fletching XP. Members can find spawns of it around the Ranging Guild, but most stockpile shields by buying oak logs and converting them at the Grand Exchange limit cap.
