"A noose on a stick."

The noose wand is the Hunter tool required to capture kebbits flushed from tracking burrows. Without it equipped, the kebbit simply flees once cornered, so the wand is mandatory gear for tracking-style hunts. It can be bought cheaply from any Hunter shop or generated by the level 71 Hunter Kit lunar spell after Dream Mentor.
