The necklace of faith is an enchanted topaz necklace that triggers when the wearer's HP drops below 20% of maximum, restoring 25% of their Prayer level (about 24 points at 99 Prayer). The necklace is destroyed when the effect fires.

Useful for keeping Protect Item or overhead prayers active in the Wilderness, but generally less popular than the phoenix necklace because Prayer restoration is rarely the limiting factor compared to staying alive.
