"It's a slightly magical stick."

The mystic water staff is the upgraded form of the water battlestaff, made by paying Thormac in the Sorcerers' Tower south of Seers' Village after completing Scorpion Catcher. The standard upgrade fee is 40,000 coins, reduced to 30,000 with the Hard Kandarin Diary and 20,000 with the Elite Kandarin Diary.

It provides unlimited water runes for any water-based spell, autocast styles, Charge Water Orb crafting, and Lunar spellbook utility spells such as Humidify, on top of being a reasonable budget crush weapon thanks to +40 crush attack and +50 strength.
