Mithril limbs are a smithing component used in mid-game crossbow production. Smithed from a mithril bar at level 56 Smithing for 50 experience using a hammer and anvil (5 game ticks), then combined with a maple stock at level 54 Fletching for 64 experience to form an unstrung mithril crossbow.

Ironmen can alternatively use mithril limbs on a nice nest in Aldarin to obtain a finished mithril crossbow without meeting the Fletching requirement, though this method may require relogging or world-hopping to refresh the nest.
