Menaphite red kilt is a members-only cosmetic legs piece earned by completing the Rogue Trader miniquest in Pollnivneach. Players hand three dyes of any colour to Siamun, then trade with Ali Morrisane to receive the kilt. Originally a pure-cosmetic item, it received a desert heat protection bonus on 22 March 2023 that delays heat damage onset by 12 seconds while worn, making it useful for early desert exploration before Akhthanakos's blessing or a waterskin loadout.
