It is cooked from an uncooked meat pie on a cooking range at level 20 Cooking, granting 110 Cooking experience, and stops burning at level 54 (or level 49 on the Lumbridge Castle range after completing Cook's Assistant). Because each pie is eaten in two separate bites, it is useful for spreading healing across several attacks, and three meat pies are handed to players when starting the Nature Spirit quest.
